Shipping, Delivery & Refund Policy
At Bhama Naturals, we value your trust and work hard to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read the following carefully to understand our policy:
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
- We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
- You will receive an update once your order is shipped.
2. Delivery Timelines
- South India: Orders are typically delivered within 12 days from the date of order placement.
- North India: Orders are typically delivered within 15 days from the date of order placement.
- If you do not receive your order within the above timeline, kindly inform us. After verification, we will issue a 100% refund of the order amount.
3. Packaging & Proof of Delivery
- Every order is packed with care to avoid damage or missing items.
- To address rare cases of missing or damaged products and to prevent fraudulent claims, we require a full unboxing video:
- Start recording before unsealing the package/tape.
- Continue recording without pause until all items inside the box are clearly shown.
- Without this proof, we will be unable to process refunds or replacements.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Products
The unboxing video (as described above) is mandatory to claim replacement.
Due to the personal and natural nature of our products, all sales are final and items are non-returnable.
Exceptions are allowed only in cases of physical product damage during transit.
